We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
